Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Marshall, Texas, United States. Onsite role on the 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

What you will do

• Lead approximately 27 hourly production employees on the assigned shift.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, scrap, and delivery performance.
• Coach employees and build a high-performing production team.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and the effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Identify and implement productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work on the manufacturing floor to solve problems and manage competing priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage KPI-based performance and coach production employees.
• Strong planning, leadership, analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and systems experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice to have

• Previous leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Lead Operator, Shift Lead, or similar manufacturing role.
