Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Hollis, New Hampshire, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

What you will do

• Lead daily and weekly production execution across all operating shifts and work centers.
• Build executable schedules with Planning based on product mix, staffing, materials, yield, maintenance, and equipment availability.
• Identify and manage factory constraints by coordinating labor, sequencing, overtime, materials, equipment, and technical support.
• Maintain safe, compliant, and high-quality operations while supporting EHS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS9100 requirements.
• Coach Production Supervisors and strengthen qualification, cross-training, succession, and shift coverage.
• Improve profitability using Lean methods and production data to reduce waste, rework, downtime, queue time, and controllable costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years of manufacturing experience, including three or more years leading supervisors or multi-department production teams.
• Experience in high-mix/low-volume, build-to-print, thin-film, semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, or similarly controlled manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, standard work, continuous improvement, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quality-management and EHS systems; AS9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 knowledge is preferred.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylee status.
