Corporate Architect (AI)

Annual base salary: $126,500–$208,700

What you will do

• Design and guide enterprise-wide AI solution architectures across corporate technology and business domains.
• Enable reusable AI architecture patterns for adoption across multiple teams and products.
• Define target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, and architectural frameworks.
• Support technology modernization and continuous transformation while reducing technical debt.
• Partner with the Enterprise AI Architect to align solutions with enterprise architectures, standards, and governance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and encourage adoption of architectural strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least four additional years of architecture or software engineering experience.
• Recent hands-on architecture or engineering experience with modern technologies.
• Experience with API-first and event-driven architecture; familiarity with MCP is a plus.
• Experience with AI solution patterns, including LLM-enabled applications and operational considerations such as evaluation, observability, latency, and cost, is strongly preferred.
• Experience with agile operating models, technology modernization, and business capability analysis; insurance or corporate-domain experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance technology or corporate capabilities such as finance, investments, billing and payments, procurement, or legal.
• Familiarity with MCP.
