Network Ops Coordinator II (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; 80% of the time is spent in the field meeting with providers, with a minimum of three office days per week for Flex employees.

Salary: $47,500–$86,000 annual base range, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support HEDIS quality measures and Medicare Annual Wellness Visit and attestation completion.
• Manage provider relationships and promote high-quality initiatives that support data integrity.
• Maintain professional provider data and update population health and Salesforce systems.
• Research issues related to provider performance, engagement, data, and network participation.
• Participate in provider meetings and work groups with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead specialized operational and provider support activities requiring independent problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• At least two years of experience with provider network contracting and credentialing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal and external customers.
• Analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Philadelphia-based role, including regular office attendance and field meetings with providers.

Nice to have

• Subject matter expertise in professional provider network relations, including claims service issues, contracting, and finance.
• Experience with population health management applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and PowerPoint.
