Team Lead & Solution Architect (Onsite - Overland Park, KS)

Location: Onsite in Overland Park, Kansas, United States; travel expected up to 20% and occasional extended or irregular hours may be required to support clients across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the TheraOffice solution consulting team while supporting consistent implementation practices.
• Partner with outpatient therapy clients to design workflows across intake, documentation, billing, reporting, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Guide clients through upgrades, system changes, enhancements, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, escalations, and project delivery against engagement goals.
• Oversee implementation portfolio operations, including project tracking, resource capacity, prioritization, reporting, and delivery progress.
• Drive adoption of tools, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and standardize implementation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of healthcare information technology implementation or consulting experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with technical, clinical, and operational teams and explain complex architecture concepts clearly.
• Ability to build strong client relationships, solve complex problems, and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of hirify.global EHR solution experience.
• Experience with physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology organizations.
