Lead Solution Architect, Professional Services - Agentic AI

Location: US - Remote; travel up to 25%. The role involves access to technology subject to U.S. export controls.

Salary: $160,500–$174,840 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of complex enterprise Agentic AI solutions, especially for Office of Finance use cases.
• Direct multi-workstream AI/ML engagements from strategy and discovery through production deployment, governance, and scale.
• Design AI agents and multi-agent workflows integrating LLMs, enterprise data, APIs, tools, applications, and automation platforms.
• Lead architecture reviews across hirify.global Designer, Server, hirify.global One, cloud AI/ML services, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Define production-readiness patterns for security, governance, evaluation, observability, auditability, reliability, cost, and performance.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, customers, and executives while mentoring architects and developing reusable architecture patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, consulting, enterprise AI/ML, data, analytics, or automation implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise AI/ML architecture focused on Agentic AI development and deployment.
• Experience leading complex enterprise customer engagements, architecture decisions, and multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Strong expertise in AI agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration, tool use, LLMs, RAG, APIs, cloud platforms, data architectures, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with governance, security, model risk, evaluation, observability, human oversight, auditability, and lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with hirify.global Designer, Server, and the hirify.global One enterprise analytics platform.
• Experience with Office of Finance, accounting, banking, SOX-compliant environments, or other regulated business use cases.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
