IS Team Lead

Location: 541 N. Fairbanks, Chicago, IL; onsite

Salary: $49.65–$69.51 per hour

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional information services projects and implementation teams of 3–10 people.
• Plan projects, estimate timelines and resources, assign tasks, and track technical deliverables.
• Coordinate analysts, client departments, vendors, consultants, and operations specialists.
• Guide system selection, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and ongoing support.
• Provide advanced technical and analytical expertise for application systems, interfaces, hardware, and integrations.
• Monitor support trends, manage client expectations, and recommend improvements to system quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex and high-risk information services projects and multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with application systems, interfaces, networks, and computer hardware.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.
