Salary: $146,322.15–$254,425.83 projected annual compensation range

What you will do

• Lead systems engineering and integration activities for a GEOINT ground architecture supporting global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence.
• Apply SE&I processes, support engineering review boards, and develop requirements, risk assessments, performance metrics, schedules, and status reports.
• Oversee end-to-end system integration, functionality, and performance across mission processing, dissemination, and operations components.
• Coordinate with program managers, developers, Intelligence Community, and Department of Defense stakeholders to define and deliver mission engineering capabilities.
• Manage data strategies, provenance, optimization, and performance improvements for faster processing and enhanced product delivery.
• Support acquisition activities, cost estimates, contract documentation, and strategic recommendations for future capabilities.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• BS with 12–15 years of experience, MS with 10–13 years, or Ph.D. with 10+ years.
• Experience across the end-to-end systems engineering and integration lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, implementation, verification, validation, testing, transition, and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of SAFe agile methodology, agile planning, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, technical communication, organization, analysis, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GEOINT systems and ground systems.
• Experience in Intelligence Community or Department of Defense environments.
