Software Engineer (C#/Python)

Location: US - Fremont, CA; onsite role based out of the Fremont office. Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on business needs.

Base salary: $110,621.72–$149,664.68 USD per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Gather requirements and prepare requirement specifications with the project team.
• Propose software designs, write design specifications, and conduct peer reviews.
• Implement software using project languages such as C# and Python.
• Design test cases, integrate software components, and debug system integration issues.
• Prepare release notes and application notes for new software features.
• Support customer adoption and follow software and product development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of professional software development experience, or at least 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Professional software design experience on two projects.
• At least 1 year of professional programming experience with C# and 1 year with Python.
• Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and object-oriented analysis and design.
• Experience with multithreaded programming and network socket programming.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
