Location: Onsite in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Identify and assess opportunities supporting strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative, replicable solutions.
• Quantify and justify expected business benefits.
• Launch feasible solutions and evaluate success metrics.
• Work independently with executives to develop strategies for transportation revenue and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
• Five years of experience in project management, business planning, procedures analysis, and systems design.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Complete the full Excel certification program within one year of starting if not already certified.
• Quebec-based candidates must be bilingual in French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience writing queries and creating automated applications with SQL or other tools.
• Experience with reporting and analytics using SQL.
• Advanced workflow tools experience, including Asana.
• Basic analytics, scripting, or Python skills and experience with AI or agentic design.
