Project Manager, Government and Collaboration Programs, and Academic Partnerships (R&D and Government Programs): Managing innovation-driven collaboration programs, fiscal measures, government initiatives, and academic partnerships with an accent on financial forecasting, technological eligibility analysis, portfolio reporting, and audit preparation. Focus on analyzing large datasets, building KPI dashboards, preparing business cases, and coordinating stakeholders across engineering, finance, legal, government, and academic organizations.
Location: Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada. Flexible work environment with remote, on-site, and hybrid options.

What you will do
- Support multiple complex innovation-driven collaboration programs from scoping and technological eligibility analysis through financial forecasting, claim preparation, and audits.
- Analyze financial and technical trends, forecasts, statistics, and large R&D portfolio datasets.
- Prepare management reports, maintain financial and progress KPIs, and support dashboard development.
- Enhance portfolio tools, processes, and governance practices.
- Participate in program reviews, negotiations, and audits with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
- Prepare business cases and support events, sponsorships, bursaries, and work-integrated learning initiatives with post-secondary institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, management, finance, law, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Strong analytical, abstraction, summarization, communication, and writing skills.
- Scientific curiosity and interest in advanced technologies and financial data analysis.
- Bilingual French and English communication skills required.
- Ability to manage initiatives of different sizes with resourcefulness, autonomy, and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with fiscal measures and government programs such as SR&ED, Multimedia Tax Credits, NSERC, MITACS, and international programs.
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, Oracle, financial platforms, business intelligence tools, and Power BI dashboard development.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience in the technology sector or consulting.
