Program Manager III (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives and multiple concurrent projects across Member and Provider Services.
• Manage projects through requirements gathering, planning, resourcing, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project documentation, action items, issue lists, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, resolve issues, secure resources, and communicate project status through executive summaries and presentations.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge related to program requirements and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project implementation, product management, or program management experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Planview.
