Corporate Services Technician (Facility Maintenance)

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; onsite, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime when required.

Salary: $20.47 per hour and up, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs involving drywall, painting, lighting, plumbing, furniture systems, and other facility components.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, humidification, electrical, compressed air, and related building systems.
• Operate forklifts, manlifts, box trucks, vans, and other facility equipment as required.
• Maintain docks, break rooms, patios, recycling areas, common spaces, and safety equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Manage facility supplies, recycling collection, records storage, and meeting or training room setup and cleanup.
• Support snow and ice removal, supply pickups, and vendor or contractor activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of facility maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, manlifts, motorized equipment, and company vehicles.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and hazardous materials requirements.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive physical tasks, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
