Facilities Maintenance Technician III (Days)

Location: USA - OH - Blue Ash; onsite, 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Salary: $24.00-$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of facility equipment, systems, and building infrastructure without supervision.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, identify temporary and permanent fixes, and monitor performance indicators.
• Conduct facility equipment checks and monitor building management alarms, responding appropriately to issues.
• Use CMMS and work request systems to document maintenance activities, prioritize requests, and complete work orders.
• Read and interpret SOPs, technical documentation, diagrams, drawings, and schematics.
• Support spill control, hazardous-material handling, first aid, lockout/tagout, PPE use, and cGMP compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant skilled-trade skills, certification, or licensure in areas such as boiler operations, water purification, industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems, fire alarms, pipe fitting, infrared, vibration, ultrasound, or automated material handling.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing, demanding environment.
• Some overtime may be required with minimal advance notice.
• High school diploma and skilled-trade certification are preferred; an associate degree in a technical discipline is desirable.

Nice to have

• 3-5 years of experience with fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC equipment, low-voltage electrical systems, or emergency diesel generators.
• Prior CMMS experience.
• Experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Relevant skilled-trades training, certificates, or state certification/licensure.
