Workday Integration Consultant (Workday)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and PECI.
• Connect Workday with payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, finance, analytics, and SaaS platforms.
• Build XSLT transformations, REST/SOAP integrations, calculated fields, custom reports, and report-as-a-service integrations.
• Configure integration system users, ISSGs, security settings, business processes, condition rules, and tenant-level setup.
• Plan tenant refreshes, release validation, regression testing, incident response, and durable production fixes.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, finance, product, engineering, and business stakeholders while maintaining technical documentation and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; the role is remote within the U.S.
• New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT, Workday REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, tenant configuration, and security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro Integrations certification.
• Experience with PICOF, PECI, Cloud Connect for Payroll, or Workday Extend.
• Experience with multi-tenant or multi-region deployments and integrations with ServiceNow or Salesforce.
