Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid role based in Lafayette, Louisiana; Knoxville, Tennessee; or Columbia, South Carolina

Salary: $97,300–$138,600 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions supporting critical business operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Build complex Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements in an enterprise environment.
• Implement REST/SOAP API and OAuth integrations with external systems and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Develop Lightning and Visualforce front-end features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Review code, maintain test coverage, apply security and automation practices, and troubleshoot defects across testing environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and external-system integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
• Front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in Lightning or Visualforce frameworks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, code review, test coverage, and complex defect troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Java, Python, or Node.js and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
