Service Coordinator (HVAC)

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: CAD 50,065–80,500

What you will do

• Coordinate service resources, dispatches, and technician assignments for projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment according to project needs, skills, and availability.
• Assign and dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians in coordination with Project Managers and the HVAC Field Technician Supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department and Acquisition teams as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the appropriate staff, and responding to special requests.
• Generate work orders, review and forward project paperwork, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• College or technical-school certificate or degree with one year of related experience or training, or three years of related experience or training with a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer-service skills and confidence communicating by phone.
• Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Four-year degree is not required; practical experience and relevant skills are valued.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, or Temperature Controls.
