First Line Risk Program Lead - Technology & Enterprise Operations

Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut, United States of America; four days onsite at the Bridgeport Center location with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Salary: $109,300.00–$182,100.00 annual (USD).

What you will do

• Oversee the execution of RCSA, control testing, issues management, risk reporting, and related first-line risk programs.
• Establish and enhance governance, procedures, templates, quality standards, and program controls.
• Review risk deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with enterprise guidance.
• Lead complex risk initiatives and special projects with significant organizational impact.
• Evaluate risk and control environments, identify emerging risks and gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Develop executive presentations and improve risk reporting, data quality, and program metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant work experience, or a combined minimum of nine years of higher education and/or work experience including at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with risk management methodologies, frameworks, control assessments, testing results, remediation plans, and issue management.
• Ability to advise risk professionals, managers, and leadership on risk program execution.
• Ability to translate enterprise and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
• Experience with quality reviews, executive reporting, risk metrics, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week at the Bridgeport Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
