Relationship Manager II - Business Credit

Base salary: $134,400–$249,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage existing business-credit relationships to support client retention, risk management, and revenue growth.
• Originate, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Prepare approval documents and analyze credit quality, collateral strength, and the financial position of transaction parties.
• Identify and mitigate credit, regulatory, operational, and reputational risks.
• Expand client relationships by presenting the full range of banking products and services.
• Negotiate workout options and work with borrowers and business partners to improve collateral coverage and reduce losses.

Requirements

• 4+ years of asset-based or collateral-based lending experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience and a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Experience with asset-based loans, credit processes, financial analysis, collateral management, and client relationship building.
• Strong decision-making, communication, business acumen, attention to detail, and credit-risk assessment skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office in Pasadena, California.
