Location: Castleton Corners Branch, Staten Island, New York, United States. The role requires working branch hours, including possible weekends and evenings, and may include supporting nearby branches.

Salary: $60,000–$102,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Direct overall branch performance, sales activity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies, manage prospect and customer pipelines, and provide consultative financial solutions.
• Lead, coach, hire, retain, and develop branch colleagues across job families.
• Analyze performance data, manage scheduling, and make decisions that improve branch outcomes.
• Handle escalated customer issues and communicate through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Manage branch risk, compliance, loss prevention, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 3 years of successful retail bank sales management or related bank operations experience, or 5 years of retail sales management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment.
• Proven sales leadership, relationship-building, customer service, coaching, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, banking compliance regulations, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Previous hirify.global experience related to branch manager responsibilities.
