Hardware NPI Program Management

Location: United States; hybrid work with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office. Salary is listed for Colorado.

Salary: USD 98,000–185,200 annual base salary in Colorado, United States. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Manage engineering programs covering hardware subsystems or components from development through implementation.
• Create and maintain schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans, and other program requirements.
• Coordinate internal project teams, manufacturing and development partners, and external development organizations.
• Track progress, adjust schedules and resources, and ensure alignment with product requirements and roadmaps.
• Communicate program status, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders and management.
• Lead and mentor less-experienced staff while resolving product, process, and program issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using project planning tools and software to create, manage, and track project results.
• Experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
