Senior Cybersecurity Transformation Lead (Enterprise Programs)

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement to work two days per week from an HPE office. Salary locations include the United States and Canada.

Salary: USD 119,500–275,000 annual base salary in Texas, or CAD 151,000–201,000 annual base salary in Ontario. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide cybersecurity programmes across multiple workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Deliver strategic initiatives involving enterprise platforms, risk management, regulatory programmes, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
• Create recovery plans for at-risk initiatives and drive predictable, high-quality delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, ownership, and accountability across Cybersecurity, IT, business stakeholders, and delivery partners.
• Define and operationalize OKRs and KPIs, maintain programme dashboards, and prepare concise executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance and resolve systemic blockers affecting programme delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in programme or project management.
• Track record of delivering large-scale, complex programmes end to end.
• Expertise in programme governance, dependency management, execution discipline, and risk and issue management.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and supporting governance forums.
• Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed environments with shared ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Programme Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field is desired.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, GRC, or audit-readiness programmes.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or similar regulatory and industry standards.
• Experience in enterprise risk or third-party environments.
• Advanced degree or programme management certification such as PMP or PgMP.
• Cybersecurity certification such as CISM.
