Site Manager (Facilities)

Location: Palo Alto, CA, United States; onsite

Salary: $90,000–$106,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct site programs and implement company policies to meet customer contract requirements.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and direct supervisory staff.
• Inspect facilities and evaluate safety, quality, service delivery, equipment, inventory, and use of space.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, and contract-related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, project management, presentation, coaching, and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to manage employees, conduct interviews and evaluations, assign work, provide training, and resolve complaints.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the role.
• Some travel is required; a valid driver’s license may be required.
