Senior Facilities Manager (IoT): Leading global facilities management across offices, laboratories, and light manufacturing sites with an accent on OSHA compliance, building systems, safety programs, and facilities budgets. Focus on managing international facilities standards, preventive maintenance, capital projects, hazardous materials, and infrastructure requirements for manufacturing and lab operations.

Location: On-site at both Seattle locations in Washington, United States, with approximately 10% international travel to company sites.

Salary: $113,900–$160,800 base pay annually across the United States.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three facilities professionals.
  • Manage facilities operations, workflows, service levels, maintenance, and infrastructure across Seattle and international sites.
  • Own workplace safety compliance, incident investigations, inspections, training, and hazardous materials management.
  • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, life safety systems, and preventive maintenance through a CMMS.
  • Manage operating and capital budgets, vendors, landlords, space planning, and facilities projects.
  • Set facilities standards across sites in San Diego, Brazil, Finland, and Asia while supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of facilities management experience, including 3+ years of direct people management.
  • Experience with light manufacturing, laboratory, or hardware production environments.
  • Hands-on experience implementing OSHA compliance programs in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed dry air, fire, and life safety systems.
  • Ability to work on-site at both Seattle locations and travel internationally as needed.
