Salary: $16.70–$27.83 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on machine shop machinery according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Check and maintain coolant and oil levels, change fluids, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn filters and belts.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment issues, including dismantling equipment and replacing damaged components.
• Adjust and test machinery to maintain precise operating and safety standards.
• Maintain service records, inspection logs, parts records, tools, work areas, and safety equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and hands-on mechanical experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Commitment to OSHA regulations, workplace safety requirements, and use of PPE.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, twist, and lift parts weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Some positions may require applicants to qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR or EAR requirements.
