Maintenance Technician - Industrial Manufacturing Electrical/Mechanical

Location: Onsite at the PCA Box Plant in Pearl, Mississippi, United States. The production schedule includes three shifts, assigned according to plant needs and seniority.

Salary: $25.32–$33.82 per hour, based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore plant operations.
• Work safely as part of a maintenance team.
• Develop multicraft maintenance skills through provided training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to work one of three shifts according to plant needs and seniority.
• Mechanical or electrical technical education is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Experience in the corrugated or printing industry.
• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades.
