Salary: $62,200–$103,600 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Respond to help desk escalations and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
• Support MacBook and iOS devices and troubleshoot issues using basic diagnostic tools.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, health checks, and updates according to standard procedures.
• Research complex issues, document findings, and escalate anomalies to senior staff.
• Collaborate on technology projects, guide less experienced colleagues, and improve support procedures.
• Maintain internal controls, follow risk and regulatory standards, and address audit points.

Requirements

• At least four years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Experience interpreting technical information and communicating technical problems effectively.
• Experience supporting MacBook and iOS devices.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work at the Getzville, New York location.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• At least five years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Certifications or specialized training in related technologies.
