Analyst II, Application Maintenance & Support

What you will do

• Resolve moderately complex application incidents, service requests, and technical issues within agreed service levels.
• Diagnose root causes using application logs, monitoring tools, system data, and structured troubleshooting methods.
• Monitor application availability, performance, capacity, and overall system health; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Escalate defects to development teams, provide technical evidence, and support testing and validation of fixes.
• Analyze recurring incidents and contribute to problem-management activities that reduce repeat issues.
• Document resolutions, workarounds, known errors, support procedures, technical findings, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Substantial understanding of the role and ability to apply technical knowledge across a wide range of tasks.
• Ability to work independently on routine to moderately difficult assignments with limited supervision.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
