About the Role

You will maintain reliable in-office technology and audio-visual systems, troubleshoot workplace hardware and network issues, and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory. You will also provide live meeting support and assist with remote technical requests as capacity allows.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting basic AV setup issues with Google Meet or Zoom conference systems
• Experience assisting presenters and providing live support for small- and large-scale meetings
• Hands-on experience with basic network infrastructure and office hardware troubleshooting
• Problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, user-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Ensure audio-visual systems in conference rooms and shared office spaces function reliably
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, monitors, keyboards, and other desk peripherals
• Track and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory, including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops
• Assist with non-office and remote technical support requests as time permits
