Program Manager (MD), Human Data Operations

What you will do

• Own programs from contract handoff through staffing, execution, quality review, and customer sign-off.
• Build and coordinate delivery pods with clinical experts, annotators, reviewers, red teamers, QA personnel, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Manage project plans, staffing models, timelines, communication cadences, risks, utilization, throughput, quality metrics, and budgets.
• Lead customer reporting, milestone management, stakeholder communication, and delivery-related expansion opportunities.
• Apply clinical judgment to program design, expert guidance, quality review, escalation decisions, and medically relevant customer deliverables.
• Build scalable operational systems, annotation standards, and QA processes that improve visibility, quality, throughput, and auditability.

Requirements

• MD degree required.
• Utah medical license or familiarity with Utah laws for practice required.
• Experience managing complex operational, clinical, healthcare, research, technology, or related programs.
• Experience with annotation workflows, QA processes, expert-driven data programs, clinical programs, research programs, or similarly complex operations.
• Strong program management, operational judgment, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Comfort working with AI safety, AI evaluation, red teaming, healthcare, mental health, trust and safety, and other sensitive subject matter.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI safety, LLM evaluation, healthcare technology, clinical AI, or trust and safety operations.
• Interest in developing deeper expertise in human-in-the-loop systems and repeatable AI evaluation workflows.
