Marketing Associate (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage RFP and proposal processes from requirements review through submission, coordinating subject-matter experts, deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
• Create and maintain proposal content, sales decks, presentations, solution overviews, one-pagers, advertisements, and other sales enablement materials.
• Support digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, websites, and other channels, including copywriting, audience coordination, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate website updates with an external agency and manage trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, hosted events, vendors, logistics, and follow-up.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, reports, budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, healthcare, health technology, SaaS, or a related environment.
• Experience with RFPs, proposals, sales enablement, digital marketing, trade shows, events, or similar marketing programs.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, judgment, organization, independent work, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
• Experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, external vendors, or agency partners.
