Senior Manager, PX M&A

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400, plus eligibility for a 17.5% performance bonus and share-based long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead People Experience project management and strategic planning for business development transactions.
• Support due diligence and pre-deal analysis with People Experience, Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams.
• Assess workforce data, compensation and benefits programs, employment contracts, collective agreements, pension liabilities, and compliance risks.
• Oversee post-deal integration and divestiture requirements, including colleague transfers, benefit changes, consultation, communications, and change management.
• Coordinate virtual PX sub-teams and partner workstreams across Finance, Digital, Legal, GBS, and other functions.
• Monitor risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of Human Resources specialist, generalist, or comparable M&A consulting experience.
• Knowledge of People Experience disciplines including business partnering, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and global operations.
• Experience with organizational change in global environments, works councils, labor unions, local employment law, employment contracts, and PX policies.
• Experience leading virtual teams in complex project management environments, with strong problem-solving and business acumen.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.
• AI fluency and ability to work under aggressive timelines.
