Sr. Manager - AI Transformation

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute communication plans and campaigns for AI, innovation, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management planning, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
• Design and coordinate training programs, guides, videos, live sessions, and office hours to build AI literacy and tool adoption.
• Own the editorial voice and creative execution of AI and innovation communications across channels.
• Partner with senior leadership, Marketing & Business Development, HR/Talent, and Practice Solutions to align messaging and transformation activities.
• Measure communication and training effectiveness, refine the approach, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or organizational development.
• Exceptional writing, editorial, storytelling, and audience-focused communication skills.
• Experience designing and leading change management and training programs for technology or process adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound editorial and strategic judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or partnership-driven organization.
• Experience with AI or technology-related change initiatives.
