Senior Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Irving, Texas, USA; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available, but visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $159,120–$238,680 per year.

What you will do

• Advise senior management and executives on HR strategies, workforce requirements, and complex people matters.
• Develop programs supporting employee engagement, retention, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and performance.
• Lead and develop HR professionals while partnering with Human Resources Centers of Excellence.
• Analyze workforce metrics and employee data to provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Design change-management plans and communications for HR programs and business transformation initiatives.
• Connect talent strategies with leadership pipelines, succession planning, employee development, internal mobility, and retention.

Requirements

• Extensive business acumen and understanding of how talent decisions affect business outcomes.
• Extensive experience advising leaders on complex HR issues while managing confidential information and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with talent attraction, development, retention, leadership pipelines, and enterprise talent programs.
• Experience leading, developing, coaching, and aligning HR professionals or HR leaders.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas, five days per week; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, global, technology, financial services, manufacturing, or industrial organization.
• Experience with succession planning, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement.
• Experience using Workday, HR analytics applications, dashboards, or other HR information systems.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent senior HR certification.
