Senior Experience Designer, Generative and Agentic Workflows (Canada)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada. The role may require in-person onboarding and/or in-person identity verification.

Salary: CAD 94,000–137,500 annual base salary for Canada-based roles; offers may exceed this range depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end flows and interaction patterns for AI-powered design applications while keeping users in the loop.
• Visualize and prototype solutions from wireframes through interactive, high-fidelity prototypes.
• Rapidly develop and validate concepts through internal reviews and direct user feedback.
• Contribute reusable design patterns and guidance for agentic and generative user interfaces.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, user researchers, and product strategists from exploration through delivery.
• Lead design presentations and workshops while aligning work across products and platform initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience with demonstrated impact on complex digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to translate complex systems, behavioral signals, and business logic into intuitive experiences for data-intensive software.
• Ability to visualize and prototype solutions using traditional and AI tools at different levels of fidelity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design craft, systems thinking, and high-quality execution across ambiguous product problems.
• Ability to influence product direction, align cross-functional partners, and work effectively amid evolving AI capabilities and constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or working with AI-supported tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with emerging AI concepts such as agents and MCPs.
• Experience with design tools across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction project lifecycle.
• Experience mentoring peers or contributing to design critique, quality, and shared standards.
