Project Manager – AI & Innovation

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid/remote model available

What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, innovation, POC, MVP, pilot, and digital transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts and AI use cases for operational and commercial needs.
• Translate business challenges into workflows, experiments, prototypes, and scalable solutions.
• Manage project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risks, success measures, and adoption plans.
• Coordinate IT, Operations, Sales, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap by identifying opportunities, sequencing initiatives, and aligning dependencies and governance.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications.
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills in global, matrix organisations.
• Fluent English is required in addition to the local language.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry.
• Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
• Agile project delivery experience.
• Spanish language skills.
