Client Strategist (SMS Marketing)

Salary: USD $69,000–$83,000 base annually, plus variable compensation and significant equity.

What you will do

• Create compelling SMS campaigns, automations, calls to action, and brand-aligned copy.
• Build advisory relationships with major ecommerce customers and develop SMS marketing strategies with merchants.
• Track, analyze, and iterate on customer results to drive growth on the platform.
• Establish marketing best practices and develop innovative SMS campaigns.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the product, services, ecommerce marketing, and customer business needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the direct-to-consumer space.
• Strong knowledge of SMS marketing, copywriting, ecommerce, and ecommerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting.
• Experience in customer-facing roles managing operator relationships and liaising with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, workflow management, verbal, and written communication skills.
