Location: Hybrid position based in Wakefield, Massachusetts, or Burlington, Vermont; in-person work required three days per week on an ongoing basis. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship. Additional nationwide travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and team events.
Salary: $60,300–$121,555 annually, with ranges varying by residence and applicable jurisdiction.

What you will do
- Execute actuarial analyses for ongoing client projects independently and with project teams.
- Manipulate and summarize complex datasets in Excel and produce accurate analytical deliverables.
- Support work across pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, capital modeling, enterprise risk management, and reinsurance.
- Present results and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across multiple concurrent projects, offices, and time zones.
- Pursue Casualty Actuarial Society credentials through actuarial examinations.
Requirements
- At least two actuarial exams passed and pursuit of an Associate credential from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
- Up to two years of full-time actuarial experience in relevant insurance, risk, modeling, or reinsurance topics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed or in progress for completion in 2027, with quantitative coursework in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Excel and Word.
- Experience with statistical and modeling tools such as R, @Risk, VBA, Python, SAS, or STATA.
- U.S. work authorization without the need for immigration support or sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Three or more actuarial exams passed on the CAS credentialing track.
- Working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking, technical accuracy, leadership, creative thinking, communication, and time-management skills.
