Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; or Washington, DC

Annual base salary: $136,000–$187,000 USD

What you will do

• Own product design workflows from early concepting through polished, scalable production experiences.
• Design identity management, access control, governance, and security experiences for AI agents and non-human identities.
• Create workflows for AI agent lifecycle management, permission scoping, human-in-the-loop authorization, and policy enforcement.
• Develop scalable design patterns and contribute to the evolving design system.
• Present concepts and design decisions to product, engineering, research, content, and senior leadership partners.
• Use AI tools for brainstorming, rapid prototyping, edge-case exploration, and iterative design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Experience designing complex technical products and translating technical complexity into understandable user experiences.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience, plus a digital portfolio showing shipped product work.

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating AI into design workflows and documenting reusable prompts and collaborative AI processes.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, design-system adherence, and usability.
