Senior Director, GTM Recruiting

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with 2 days per week in the San Francisco office

Annual base salary: $236,000–$325,000 USD for San Francisco Bay Area candidates; $264,000–$363,000 USD for candidates in California excluding the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington. Additional equity, bonus, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Define and own the talent acquisition strategy across the global GTM organization, including Sales, Customer Solutions, Customer First, Enablement, and Alliances & Partners.
• Lead and scale a multi-tiered recruiting organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
• Partner with the CRO and senior GTM leaders to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
• Build international talent pipelines and proactively identify capacity, hiring, and talent-market challenges.
• Establish ownership, decision-making, hiring pace, and accountability for critical recruiting metrics and quality-of-hire targets.
• Strengthen the employer brand and deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience at scale.

Requirements

• Track record of leading, scaling, and managing global, multi-tiered GTM recruiting teams, including people leaders, in high-growth enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience driving talent acquisition in both hyper-growth companies and established multi-billion-dollar global enterprises.
• Deep expertise in recruiting analytics, capacity planning, predictive forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools, automation, and modern talent acquisition technology into sourcing, workflows, and enablement.
• Ability to anticipate talent-market dynamics, resolve complex hiring bottlenecks, and align global stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, negotiation, and executive-influence skills, including the ability to advise and challenge C-level stakeholders.
