Location: Hybrid: 3 days on-site supporting Rochester Regional Health-Riedman Campus in Irondequoit, NY

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary

What you will do

• Design and execute strategic health and wellbeing plans to build a culture of health and drive measurable behavior change.
• Manage the full program lifecycle, ensuring multiple initiatives are delivered according to timeline and budget.
• Act as the primary wellbeing partner for client populations, guiding members to appropriate health services and resources.
• Serve as the hirify.global platform expert, customizing local experiences and conducting product demos to drive enrollment.
• Partner with C-suite leadership and internal stakeholders (D&I, ERGs) to align wellbeing strategies with executive goals.
• Analyze program data and deliver strategic insights and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, nutrition, or a related health-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health and wellbeing fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical aptitude for learning new systems.
• Proven ability to present complex data and strategic recommendations to C-suite leadership.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Public Health or a related field.
• Public health certification such as CHES, NWI, or Chapman Institute.
• Experience working in corporate environments or managing incentive programs.
• Previous experience with health plans or the hirify.global platform.
