Health & Wellbeing Program Manager

Location: Remote, United States. Availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours is required, with support for onsite events as needed and approximately 10–15% travel.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base salary annually, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Design, develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive health and wellbeing strategies for a major retail client.
• Plan and manage wellbeing programs according to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor program performance, participant feedback, quality metrics, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with client HR, benefits, leadership, vendors, and internal teams to increase engagement and utilization of health and wellbeing programs.
• Lead health promotion initiatives, including screenings, flu shots, open enrollment events, and a Wellness Champion Network.
• Customize the hirify.global platform, deliver product demonstrations, and report data, impact, and next steps to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, public health, community health, nutrition, exercise physiology, or a related health field.
• 5+ years of experience in health and wellbeing, including preferably 5+ years in a corporate environment.
• Experience with incentive programs; health plan experience is preferred.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, presentation, technical, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours and support onsite events as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in public health or a related field.
• Public health certification such as CHES, NWI, or Chapman Institute.
• Working knowledge of the hirify.global platform and systems.
