Location: Hybrid: 3 days on-site supporting Rochester Regional Health-Riedman Campus in Irondequoit, NY
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary

What you will do
- Design and execute strategic health and wellbeing plans to build a culture of health and drive measurable behavior change.
- Manage the full program lifecycle, ensuring multiple initiatives are delivered according to timeline and budget.
- Act as the primary wellbeing partner for client populations, guiding members to appropriate health services and resources.
- Serve as the platform expert, customizing local experiences and conducting product demos to drive enrollment.
- Partner with C-suite leadership and internal stakeholders (D&I, ERGs) to align wellbeing strategies with executive goals.
- Analyze program data and deliver strategic insights and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, nutrition, or a related health-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in health and wellbeing fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical aptitude for learning new systems.
- Proven ability to present complex data and strategic recommendations to C-suite leadership.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Public health certification such as CHES, NWI, or Chapman Institute.
- Experience working in corporate environments or managing incentive programs.
- Previous experience with health plans or the platform.
