Strategy & Operations Manager

Location: London HQ, Bermondsey; onsite conditions with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week

What you will do

• Identify business challenges and build, launch, and scale efficient processes that support growth.
• Develop and test new approaches to improve patient satisfaction and business performance.
• Own strategic and operational projects from planning through implementation and performance reporting.
• Establish operational best practices and improve delivery standards across teams.
• Assess the operational and financial impact of initiatives and iterate based on performance insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth, or a related field.
• Experience building financial models and defining performance tracking frameworks.
• Track record of leading initiatives, achieving goals, and working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong generalist skills, with the ability to develop overarching strategy and investigate specific processes in depth.
• Ability to work with product, technology, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
• University degree in business or a quantitative field.
