Assistant Project Manager (Construction)

What you will do

• Support all project phases, including planning, design, construction, FF&E, technology, move management, and occupancy.
• Compile project scopes, budgets, schedules, reports, meeting minutes, purchase orders, and tracking documents.
• Review project agreements, leases, work letters, charters, surveys, drawings, budgets, schedules, and meeting records.
• Procure and coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
• Maintain client focus by managing deliverables, performance goals, project constraints, and value-added services.
• Take ownership of smaller, less complex projects when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Developing project management skills and an understanding of project management operations.
• Strong organization, research, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare, track, and manage project scopes, costs, and schedules.
• Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings, space planning concepts, furniture systems, ancillary products, technical systems, and basic accounting principles.
