Sales and Design Consultant (Gainesville - Ocala)

Location: Ocala, Florida, with customer travel throughout the Gainesville–Ocala region

Training salary: $2,000 bi-weekly; after training, uncapped earnings with no base salary.

Custom-designed organizational solutions and installation services for closets, entertainment centers, pantries, home offices, and other areas of the home.

What you will do

• Commute to customers' homes and measure spaces for custom storage solutions.
• Design personalized whole-home solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Sell custom solutions and meet monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up continuously with customers and collaborate with the installation team through job completion.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients with varying levels of complexity.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Interior design education, direct industry experience, or in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is preferred.
