Inside Solution Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States; remote

Compensation: OTE $126,500, plus a competitive equity package and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Engage prospective customers early to understand their environments, challenges, and technical objectives.
• Deliver tailored remote demonstrations of the hirify.global Platform alongside account teams and Marketing.
• Build and maintain demo content, datasets, and lab environments for the Solution Architecture team.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on hirify.global best practices and customers’ OT security challenges.
• Respond to inbound product and services questions, including requests for information, proposals, and statements of work.
• Share prospect and customer insights with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, or pre-sales role, or equivalent education.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and the OSI model.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple demo environments and competing priorities independently.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a willingness to continuously learn new technology.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 15%.
