Solutions Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote role associated with Cleveland, Ohio, United States; field sales travel may be required for in-person customer meetings.

What you will do

• Build and implement strategic technical account plans that support sales quotas and cross-platform solutions.
• Discover customer requirements and design, position, and demonstrate solutions across the cybersecurity portfolio.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, customer-specific demos, and technical validation engagements.
• Drive customer adoption, implementation, operational efficiency, and security effectiveness.
• Coordinate Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialist, Channel, and Support resources.
• Develop security architecture transformation roadmaps and differentiate solutions in competitive sales processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
• Experience in networking, network security, cybersecurity, private or public cloud security, SOC, endpoint security, or SASE.
• Experience with Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, or SOC Transformation technologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and create technical presentations, workshops, and validation engagements.
• Experience with complex, multi-product sales involving multiple buying centers is preferred.
• Proficient English required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

• Experience partnering with Customer Support to improve solution implementation and adoption.
