Maintenance Supervisor (Industrial Maintenance)

What you will do

• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors, assign priorities, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability for facility infrastructure, utilities, building systems, production equipment, electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and capital projects with Production and other functions.
• Manage fire protection, gas detection, electrical safety, contractors, service providers, budgets, spare parts, and work orders.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, Lean, and reliability-based maintenance practices while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance, facilities, or reliability experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience managing technicians or contractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, facility utilities, fire protection, and production equipment maintenance.
• Experience with work order systems, maintenance planning, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• Project management experience with facility upgrades, equipment installations, capital projects, contractors, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, instrumentation, or industrial production.
• Experience with SAP and industrial utility systems such as compressed air, hydrogen generators, nitrogen, or gas detection.
• Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Facilities, Reliability, OSHA 30-Hour, Lean/Six Sigma, or Reliability Maintenance certification.
