Product Management Intern (AgTech)

Location: Westminster, CO, United States; up to 10% travel for on-site field visits with farmers and dealers. Internship timing: May–August 2027.

Salary: $22.69–$28.32 per hour.

What you will do

• Create training materials and user documentation for new agricultural software features.
• Validate documentation with internal partners and dealer networks to support software adoption.
• Shadow farmers using agricultural machinery to understand system usage and identify future use cases.
• Translate farmer and dealer feedback into product requirements and feature sets.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business teams on product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to learn agricultural technology systems and work in field environments, including inside farm machinery.
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with agriculture, farm machinery, or precision farming technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or documentation and training creation tools.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, software documentation, or user research techniques.
