Senior Enterprise Systems Developer (Order-to-Cash & Record-to-Report)

What you will do

• Own administration, development, environments, security settings, performance, and Tier 3 support for the O2C and R2R financial systems.
• Design and maintain integrations across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Management, and Record-to-Report workflows.
• Build billing schedules, journal entry automations, revenue allocation scripts, APIs, and other system enhancements.
• Evaluate and govern AI capabilities for journal anomaly detection, cash application matching, account reconciliations, and financial insights.
• Design workflows for invoice routing, automated dunning, intercompany eliminations, month-end close, recurring billing, usage-based billing, and global consolidations.
• Maintain access reviews, segregation of duties, IT general controls, audit readiness, architecture documentation, and business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, plus 5+ years of enterprise systems development and administration experience focused on financial ERPs.
• Proven experience configuring, administering, and developing with NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, and Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C and R2R/GL modules.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and data flows across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes; SuiteScript experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI or machine learning features in SaaS platforms, especially for financial operations, journal anomaly detection, or cash application.
• Experience in a SOX-compliant public-company environment, including quarterly access reviews, segregation of duties, and audit controls.
• Deep understanding of O2C, ASC 606 revenue recognition, R2R, global consolidations, and month-end close processes, with strong communication skills for Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
