Director, Intuit Academy (AI Workforce Learning)

Location: San Diego, California (preferred) or Mountain View, California

Base pay: $275,500–$372,500 in Mountain View; $236,500–$320,000 in San Diego, annually. The position may also include performance-based cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, curriculum, content, programs, and learner experience for hirify.global Academy.
• Lead a global organization of 30+ full-time employees and 50+ contractors across learning strategy, content design, consulting, innovation, and operations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate expert readiness needs into platform priorities, requirements, and success measures.
• Build learning programs across sourcing, onboarding, in-role development, retention, and multiple hirify.global business units.
• Prepare experts to oversee, review, and validate AI-assisted work while improving speed to proficiency and customer outcomes.
• Transform content development operations and simplify learning delivery across expert segments.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in learning strategy, curriculum and content development, and delivery.
• At least 8–10 years of people leadership experience, including 3–5 years managing managers or other leaders.
• Experience with learning technology, edtech, workforce transformation, skills-based development, and performance consulting.
• Experience designing or scaling learning programs powered by AI, adaptive technology, or advanced content tools.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams through significant structural change in a virtual, global environment.
• Experience redesigning a learning or workforce function around AI-augmented work and using learner behavior data to guide content development.

Nice to have

• Experience building retail learning programs in brick-and-mortar environments.
• Experience strengthening leadership structures and developing manager bench strength in an evolving organization.
